Two years later in 2013, Mr. Guidicipietro’s FINRA records indicate he was involved in a customer dispute alleging “churning, unsuitable investments, common law fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract.” The firm settled this dispute for $450,000, per FINRA.
In 2014, a year later, FINRA records indicate that Mr. Guidicipietro was involved in another customer dispute alleging churning, in which the customer received $60,000.
