Abrams.  Mr. Abrams is currently employed and registered with Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., and works at the broker-dealer’s Marlton, New Jersey office, according to his publicly available BrokerCheck records maintained by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Per his BrokerCheck report, Mr. Abrams was previously employed and registered by Securities Service Network, Inc. from 2001 to 2013 and was discharged from that firm for “exercise[ing] discretion in a client account without written authorization from the client and without firm approval.”  Prior to his employment and dismissal from Securities Service Network, Inc., Mr. Abrams was employed and registered with Morgan Stanley from 1995 to 2001, according to BrokerCheck records.

In 2015, Mr. Abrams was fined and suspended from association with any FINRA member broker-dealer for 15 business days by FINRA, after submitting a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent No. 2013039371801 (AWC).  According to the AWC, Mr. Abrams violated NASD Conduct Rule 2510(b) (Discretionary Accounts) and FINRA Rule 2010 (Standards of Commercial Honor and Principles of Trade) by placing discretionary transactions in a customer’s account without first obtaining prior written authorization from the customer and acceptance by the firm for such discretionary trading.

The investment and securities fraud attorneys at Malecki Law are interested in hearing from investors who have complaints about Wells Fargo stockbroker Gregg D. Lazarescu.

According to his BrokerCheck report maintained by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), Mr. Lazarescu has been the subject of at least two customer complaints while registered with his prior firm Morgan Stanley.

In addition to Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley, FINRA reports that Mr. Lazarescu was registered with MetLife, Chemical Investment Services Corp., Citicorp Investment Services, and Chase Investment Services Corp.

Mr. Keyser is reportedly registered with Dawson James Securities, Inc. in Boca Raton, Florida. Industry records indicate that Mr. Keyser has also recently been registered with Viewtrade Financial and SAL Financial Services.

According to BrokerCheck, as maintained by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), Mr. Keyser has been the subject of three customer complaints and a suspension of his license.

In 1998, Mr. Keyser reportedly had his FINRA (then NASD) license to sell securities suspended for failing to pay an arbitration award against him.

The securities fraud attorneys at Malecki Law are interested in hearing from investors who have complaints against stockbroker Joseph A. Miles.  Mr. Miles is believed to be currently employed and registered with St. Bernard Financial Services, Inc. based in Russellville, Arkansas.  He was also previously registered with Clearing Services of America, Inc., American Capital Equities, Inc., Dominick & Dominick, Inc. and David Lerner Associates, Inc., according to industry records.

According to his BrokerCheck, as maintained by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Mr. Miles has been the subject of three recent customer complaints, including one complaint seeking $169,865.70 alleging that Mr. Miles sold bonds that declined in value, with damages granted of $100,000.  The second most recent customer complaint alleged securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, common law fraud, and breach of contract related to South African Bonds which was settled for $75,000, according to FINRA records.  The third complaint involved allegations of fraud, breach of contract and negligence and was settled after the death of the customer, per BrokerCheck records.
